Our most flexible veggie box. Eight weeks of summer veggies, you choose the dates! This option is for those people who vacation or have demanding schedules but still want to support their local farmer and eat great. 
 
The eight weeks must be completed by the end of the regular summer season (June 1st - October 12th).
 
Our Summer Veggie boxes are packed full of a wide variety of vegetables including: Scallions, Kale, Lettuce mix, Lettuce heads, Chinese Cabbage, Dandelion Greens, Sorrel, Spinach, Green Garlic, Radishes, Asian Greens, Peas, Strawberries, Broccoli, Herbs, Cabbage, Garlic Scapes, Summer Squash, Kohlrabi, Cauliflower, Cucumbers, Zucchini, Beets, Peppers, Slicing Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Eggplant, Potatoes, Onions, Garlic, Hot Peppers, Carrots, Arugula, Leeks and Winter Squash. 
 
You should expect 12-14 items per box.
 
All we need is a weeks notice and you are set. For our drop off locations there is a one time $40 delivery and packaging fee. 
 
A $100 deposit is due upon purchase and the remaining balance is due your first week.
 
By purchasing I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my veggie box each week at Heart Beets Farm on my designated pick-up day (or at a distribution site), and that any veggie boxes not picked up will automatically become the property of Heart Beets Farm, and that there are no refunds or repeats for missed veggie boxes. Bounced Checks will incur a $25 bounced check fee. All Deposits are non-refundable.
