The Winter 2026 season begins January 5th and runs for 12 consecutive weeks on Mondays or Fridays at the farm from 3-7pm. Weekly and Bi-Weekly Options.
This will be our Third year doing this season! 
 
Our Winter box is a healthy mix of hearty roots and fresh greens. You can expect carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, turnips, radishes, herbs, spinach, kale, lettuce, cabbage, onions, leeks & Asian greens. 
 
You should expect 10-16 items per box.
 
A $200 deposit is due upon purchase and the remaining balance is due the first week of pick-up. 
 
By purchasing I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my veggie box each week at Heart Beets Farm on my designated pick-up day (or at a distribution site), and that any veggie boxes not picked up will automatically become the property of Heart Beets Farm, and that there are no refunds or repeats for missed veggie boxes. Bounced Checks will incur a $25 bounced check fee. All Deposits are non-refundable.
